The current process in place has produced the following results:
- Misdiagnosis Rates of 66% to 98% for Mental Health Disorders.
- Primary care providers fail to recognize almost two-thirds of their patients with a current mental health disorder.
- 80% of all prescriptions for anti-depressants are written by non-psychiatrist providers. Of those, almost three quarters are not accompanied by any psychiatric diagnosis.
- 50% of youth and 60% of adults with a mental illness do not receive treatment each year.
- The median delay of treatment across all mental disorders is nearly 10 years.
- 48% who commit suicide have visited their PCP in the previous 30 days 90% have a mental disorder.
Working together with technology

Patient encounter results are sent directly to the attending physician and placed in the patient's permanent medical record, along with the super bill and proper documentation for reimbursement.
